Our philosophy related to Wellness and Health Promotion generates from the reality that many workers have limited access to quality health care and accordingly they are at great exposure for poor health status and increased health risk. They often do not have opportunity to avail themselves of comprehensive education and strategies to improve their health and make lifestyle changes. We strive to provide a significant resource through our educator-based health and wellness programming to address these needs and made a real, quantifiable and sustained difference in the lives of the employees in our client programs.
We understand that corporations such as Aluma Systems Canada are looking for effective solutions that will help ensure the overall health of their employee base. Our approach to health management offers a targeted solution to both assess health risks and drive behaviour change for team members at any risk level. Our unique program is designed to help reduce the risk of incidence and/or progression of health conditions. We will work with you to develop a strategic Wellness Initiative which will target the varied needs of each individual team member which will have the greatest positive benefit to the entire employee base of your hotel. Based on the design of the program, we will work with you to provide the environment which will motivate your team members toward positive health and lifestyle change. Regular discussion between the Aluma Systems Canada team and MedWorks will be conducted; reporting on results and discussion of suitable changes to align with the needs of both team members and the hotel.
